In 2018, she began her fitness journey with one goal—to lose weight. After shedding over 35kg, she discovered dance, spin, and strength training, and fell in love with the process of building both physical and mental strength. What started as a personal transformation soon became a purpose: helping others reclaim their health, confidence, and power through movement.
She channels her love for music and dance into every ride;blending rhythm, flow, and soul into a powerful cardio experience. Expect fierce energy, authentic passion, and a whole lot of heart in every class.
